Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of Creative Bandits (the website, the Chrome extension and saving by sharing on Instagram). By using Creative Bandits you agree to them.

1. What Creative Bandits does

Creative Bandits lets you save ads and posts you come across (for example in the Meta Ad Library or on Instagram) into a private library, and organise them with folders, tags and notes for research and inspiration.

2. Your account

Keep your password and extension access key private. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access.

3. Acceptable use

• Use Creative Bandits only for lawful research, reference and inspiration.
• Don't use it for bulk scraping, spam, or to break the terms of Meta, Instagram or any other platform.
• Don't try to access other people's data or interfere with the service.

4. Content you save

Saved ads and posts belong to their original creators and advertisers. Creative Bandits stores a copy only so you can view it in your library. You are responsible for how you use saved content, including respecting copyright and trademarks – don't republish it as your own.

5. Third-party services

Creative Bandits relies on services such as Meta/Instagram, Supabase and Vercel. Changes or outages on their side may affect Creative Bandits, and their own terms also apply.

6. Availability and changes

Creative Bandits is provided “as is”, without guarantees that it will always be available or error-free. We may change, pause or discontinue features, and may update these terms – the date above shows the latest version.

7. Liability

To the extent allowed by law, Creative Bandits is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of saved content. Keep your own copies of anything important.

8. Ending use

You can stop using Creative Bandits at any time and ask us to delete your data (see the data deletion page). We may suspend access if these terms are broken.
